As I write these words, I am in France's Cognac region and I have an abundance of local delights to enjoy but I could really do with a Pretty Pleas - its delicate sweet and nutty balance, its hint of almond and fluffy light consistency would be the icing on the gateaux. With an Earl Grey or course!"
