All Tied Up Bow Cake

This class addresses something that I am asked so often... ‘How do I cover a cake with fondant and make it look PERFECT?’.

In this 2.5 hour Studio Session, I am going to demystify the whole process.

You will split and fill a 6” sponge cake before covering it with a perfect layer of fondant icing. There will be no lumps, bumps or cracks and, if there are, we will be covering them up with an
over-sized fondant bow, which we will also be learning to make.

All Studio Session costs are inclusive of all equipment and materials needed to complete the project, as well as refreshments, giggles and a slice of cake! You will also take home the cake that you decorate to show off and devour!
