“Ever since I could remember, I knew I wanted to be a Cake Designer…”

Charlotte White lives and works in London, with her Husband and two slightly bonkers cats called Sid and Nancy. Like most Cake Designers, Charlotte’s early training took place standing on a chair in her Nana’s kitchen where began a lifelong passion for baking. Student poverty and an unhealthy obsession with Nigella Lawson kept Charlotte in the kitchen long enough to secure a reputation amongst friends. It was two of these friends who inspired Charlotte to supply her first 150 Wedding Cupcakes as a gift for their Wedding and Nigella’s Banana Bread that undoubtedly sealed the deal leading to her own Wedding! Evening classes, countless books and magazines, and a heck of a lot of practice have given Charlotte the skills to create Cakes and Cupcakes loved by Brides, Grooms and Wedding Industry professionals alike.
